If you have bought a product using "buy now" and would like to cancel your order or return an item, you will need to request a refund the seller.
To cancel your order please:
- Contact the seller and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item
- If the seller has not dispatched the item, they can cancel and refund via PayPal. If they have dispatched the item, refuse the delivery and it will be returned to the seller.
- If you have already received the item, you will have to return it to the seller. Once they have received it safely they can initiate the refund. Please make sure you secure the packaging as the item must arrive intact.
- If the seller is having difficulties in refunding you, please log into PayPal.com and initiate a refund request. If you paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company directly.
