I've sold a "Buy Now" item. How do I cancel the sale?

If you have accepted a "buy now" instant payment for an item and for some reason you are no longer able to deliver it or it was lost in the post, you will need to refund the buyer.

To cancel your sale please:

  1. Locate the transaction within your account at
  2. Initiate a refund for the buyer
  3. Email the buyer to let them know not to expect the item and that they have a refund being processed.
  4. If you would like to re-list your item, please email and we will do this for you.
