Why have messages been removed from my inbox?

If you've received an email notifying you of a new messages and then logged in to your Freeads account and can't see the message:

  • check that you don't have two accounts on Freeads (as you may be logged in to another account)
  • check that you haven't accidentally deleted the message (it will be in your "deleted" messages)

If this is not the case, sometimes we identify abusive messages or spam after they are sent, and if so we will remove them from your inbox automatically.

If you find a message you think is spam, please clicks on the "mark as spam" button to help us to catch emails like this in future and make the Freeads community safer!
